Shellac / Acrylics

Hi, I have been doing Shellac for about 6 mths now...it stays on my nails for approx 3 weeks however, I have had a couple of clients that it has just come straight off...I mean the whole product in one go not lifting!? Is this something to do with the base coat? Its as if its just 'slid off' :sad:

Also, my acrylics have 'popped' off or broke on a few clients, is this because my apex' aren't thick enough to give strength??

???? in box me? I need to know much more to help you hun x have you done a course on shellac? what base cote? what lamp? what acrylic? what consultation? xxx:biggrin:
