Shellac aftercare form?

Hi lovely geeks,

I've just returned to working after a long gap to raise my children! I've done the shellac conversion course again to refresh my skills and give me a boost of confidence as nails is not really my forte (I'm good it's just not something I excel in ) skincare/facials are my real passion!

Anyway I'm waffling, when I did shellac before my break I was sent a disclaimer form from Geeg (who I believe has now retired from the site) just wandered if any of you have this and if so would be kind enough to send it to me?? I remember it worked really well and stopped the inevitable return/calls/texts off clients after a few days because they haven't followed the correct after care etc etc

thanks for your reply! I seem to remember it being a simple list 1- whatever of things to do/ not do and I had my clients sign it however it was a few years ago so I've probably got muddled!! What you sent me the link to will do just great although I may still try and search for the one Geeg sent me
