Shellac aftercare sheet

Hi! I've had shellac done a couple of times when I started noticing white spots on my nails. Reading around I saw that you're supposed to use solar oil daily but my tech never told me and when I asked her if she had an aftercare sheet, she said no.

Can someone please give me their aftercare sheet? I'm also going on vacation soon to a sunny place and want to make sure my shellac stays perfect!
