Shellac timings and using the right UV Lamp.

I think iv made it clear that I did not see any of the threads regarding the lamp wots how long iv been using this site got to do with it I thought I had reaserched the product but clearly have made a mistake and missed a bit of info regarding the lamp easily done wen it's a very very new product how am I supposed to know wot questions to ask I genuinly thought I had everything covered and was excited to be trying my new product I will bye the cnd lamp but think this could have be avoided if it just said a little something on the website.

I think you are right, Chazz, and I have taken steps (thanks to your experience) by letting S2 know that this should be done. I'm sorry that it was not made clear to you and I thank you very much for pointing out this oversight. Shellac is being sold to many Beauty Therapists who specialize in other things apart from nails and who offer manicures and who would not necessarily know about lamps and how specific they are to the success of the system. It is up to S2 to explain the facts regarding lamps to new customers. We will rectify the situation as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and I apologize for the inconvenience you have been caused. xx
