Silver hair

Hi can anyone help.. so I have a client that wants to be dark base 3 and light sliver falling though but I did it today and I went in with a base 4, root dragged into a 9.11.. I did bleach a the end to make it more vibrant.
But all that came out of it was a lot of warmth and only the very ends took to the 9.11
She's coming back on Tuesday for a second attempted does anyone have any advice on how and what to use? Xxx

No not at all just the best for the job I used 9.11 dia light
And also a guy tang but still a lot of warmth

What colour would you say the hair lifted to

I'd say quite a yellow bace 8 ends a 9ish x

For light silver colours you have to lift to a 10 and then tone out the yellow before applying your chosen silver. Otherwise, the silver acts as a neutralising toner on the yellow.

You'd be looking at using something like 8/69 +7/81 illumina, it will be a silver grey, but it won't be clean silver, the hair would have to be lighter to start with.
