About three weeks ago I had bonded extensions fitted at a reputable salon.
At first I was thrilled with them, I followed all after care instruction given but my bonds have become soft. I went on holiday for a week I kept all my hair up in a scarf in the day and didn't get it wet when swimming so it can't be that.
I have been in touch with the salon and they want me to pay to have them sorted out even though they are three weeks old!
