Whats everyone thoughts on the spa industry at the moment? For example staffing issues, is there as many therapists that would work in a spa? Do therapists stick up for themselves more, and know when they have had enough massage? Do therapists push for a better work life balance and not feel so burnt out after a days work. Has the wages got any better? Or anyone that works in a spa at the moment what is the biggest changes you have noticed throughout the years?
