Splitting nails - vitamins - bio gel ?

Hi all !
I just want a piece of advise. I have horrible nails, they split and eventually break. Now I've been taking for 10 days the solgar suplement Hair-Nails-Skin, I can really see a difference.. I wonder if it is something I would need to take permanently, or a one time, cause they're quite expensive.

Another question is, when they grow enough, I thought of the bio gel nails. But then if I decide to take them off, what will be left of MY nails ? about 20 yrs ago I did the gel nails, but when I took them off, my nails were as thik as a **** of paper.

Any advise is very welcomed!

It takes 6 moths for your nails to grow out for you to see the change things like Pills and what not will make. As for putting things on your nails to make them strong like Gel? Well yes they will make them stronger and depending on who and how they apply them your nails will be the sames as when you put them on or thinner if you take them off. But ask your self this. If you had Perfect nails in the 1st place there would never be a need for gels. :Love: Some of us were just born with poor nails. ( like me ) and faced the fact that If I want long sexy nails I will be in acrylic or gels for ever. But you can help the splitting. But you may not be able to fix the strength.
