Strip wax

Hi all,

I’ve had a message from a client who I waxed last week during the hot weather. I did a half leg wax with strip wax, the room was warm but we had a fan on.
She’s said she can see where the wax strips have been and it’s gone brown. I’ve asked if she has tanned inc fake tan. It’s not itchy either.

When you sweat, or even have recently showered the skin softens and when you appy and remove wax with a strip it can take a little too much of the skin with it. My advice would be to appy talc after the pre cleanse before you apply strip wax. Alternatively take a look at a peel off wax with which you use a pre wax oil to prevent this exact thing happening. Your clients marks will fade but you might want to offer her a body scrub or something as a complimentary treatment x
