Hi i was wondering if you could give me some advice.
My Mom is in her 60s & has been colouring her hair for about 12 years. About 16 years ago she underwent major brain surgery & since then has had thinning to the front & crown. She colours her hair as it is now totally white & as its so thin when she has regrowth she looks as though she has bald spots. She is currently a warm brown, not 2 dark but she wants to go lighter. I did train as a hairdresser 20 years ago but havent practiced in years only family & friends & am worried about stripping the colour out to then go lighter as i dont want to use anything that could make the thinning worse. Has any1 any ideas as what products i could use?
Many thanks in advance x

Are you more familiar with reductors or oxydants? Which system of stripping have you used before?
