Stung on E-Bay - The Final Result!!

I thought I would bring those of you who read my original thread a few weeks ago up to date.
I was the geek who bought a nail trainer, paid TOP money for it as it was meant to be new and when it arrived it was used with the sellers nails still attached to it!!
I complained eventually to Paypal (after trying to e-mail the seller) and set the process in motion. They have now decided that I am entitled to a full refund (minus the £15 they take for sorting it out). I had to send the trainer back, e-mail them proof of the special delivery, then they credited my Paypal account.
What a result!!
Just goes to show that you should always complain if you are not satisfied with stuff on E-bay. They dont always ignore you.
Now I just need another Nail Trainer.........!

there are 3 nailtrainers for sale on geekbay at the moment - there is no sold by them so you might be lucky.

I couldn't live without my trusty old nail trainer, they are really brilliant!!
