Hey everyone, I'm doing mobile hairdressing at the minute but really want to be back in a salon so I'm going to go around for a second time handing in my cv and pleading my case, was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how I could wear my hair it's long(sits on chest) with layers. I want to impress but don't want to look like I've over done it either! I'm really not enjoying the mobile way as I'm struggling to build clients up :( thinking of doing maybe a Christmas special or a little free gift for the clients I do have and also advertising it to new ones in the meantime, what do you all think?? I'm happy for any advice on either subject there, thanks again guys xx

I would just go in like you would for an interview , smartly dressed , hair tidy , nice make up etc..
if you have a portfolio you can always take that with you, even if its just photos in a album of hair you have done it will show you pride yourself etc..

I know its hard you totally have my sympathy hun, i have hardly any confidence in hairdressing anymore due to being out of it for so long
but you will be fine just go in and be honest about what are your strengths and weaknesses and i bet you will get a job straight away xxx
