All aftercare products should be bought from the company you buy the hair from as this will guarantee your hair,if a Problem arises and you call the company and say you have been using asda shampoo they will not refund you xx

Did you check out the tigi one xx

I've sent you a private message with a few :)

As far as I'm aware you can get Sulphate free OTC, but have no idea which ones as I wouldn't buy or look at OTC products, really don't think you'll get Sodium Chloride free tho x

i know you cant buy it a supermarket but Paul mitchell have just launched a sulphate free shampoo, "MITCH" mens shampoo

I use Loreals Sulphate Free range and it's very good. Available from most large chemists and superstores. I am however NOT a hair geek and am just giving you this recommendation as someone who uses the product and gets on well with it, not as professional advice. HTH.

In answer to the original poster, I think the only non professional shampoo products you'll find both sulphate and sodium free are probably within the organic ranges. I try to use sulphate and sodium free products and even within the professional ranges, they're not easy to find.

I suspect that the Loreal product mentioned previously probably contains sodium as most do, but as I pro, I don't buy that stuff and so cannot advise.

You can buy Osmo Colour Mission Shampoo in Sallys and it's not expensive and quite good.

How many times!!!

Report something that you don't think is within Geek rules, do not be rude to the OP!

If you hit the report button the Mods will deal with it in whatever way we see fit. This has just been reported and I am dealing with it now by closing it down. If it had been reported at the beginning it could have run in the Consumer Forum that a lot of Geeks are unaware of.

I am not sure what we have to do to get the message across about not being rude to eachother. We hate being the Forum Police but maybe that is what it is going to take to get this Forum back on track.

Sorry Sheila and I were working at the same time. I am flabbergasted at how rude and unprofessional some of you have been. I have deleted several posts and this has been moved to Consumer.

As my mum always says, if you cant say something nice then dont say anything. This site is what we all make it and recently it has been an unpleasant place to be - not because of silly questions but because of so called professionals being rude and unkind to people who ask the so called wrong question in the so called wrong forum.
