The Gel Bottle inc. Can it be used with OPI top & base?

hi,
I currently use mainly Opi Gelcolor and Cuccio veneer gels. I'm looking at getting a couple of colours from The Gelbottle inc. can they be used with my opi base & top coat?

Top coat may be ok but I would say no to the base as each system' base will have been formulated to go hand in hand with each product
