You either love them or hate them i don't think you can just change your mind because of the popularity of them. I hate crocks but i am not going to go and buy a pair because everyone is wearing them and they say they are comfy

I have this mad urge to drive down to Diva's and walk into the salon with a HUGE plate of steaming mushy spouts...put them on someones desk...then just walk out...and leave Sassy to explain what the hell it's all about. :lol:

last night for tea we had Quorn mince and onion pies with potatoes, gravy, and - wait for it - sprouts and chestnuts! How lovely was that? Well, I tell you, I was in heaven.

Then out of the blue my 15 year old daughter said - "Mum, am I a strange child, 'cos I love sprouts?"

well I went to Diva's...

walked in...

Sassy was sat there...

I asked if she liked Sprouts...

She looked horrified....

I reached into my bag....

And....found I had left my credit card in the Perfume shop :lol::lol::lol:


I chickened out...I was going to buy a bag of frozen sprouts and take one in to her in a gift bag...but I didn't...
I bought a gift voucher for my daughter instead...lol...

So not only am I a SPROUT LOVER...I AM KIND AND THOUGHTFUL TOO...

All rise kind and thoughful ickle baby cabbage lovers...

forgot to say...Sassy admitted she actually loves sprouts...she was having them for her tea tonight she said...she actually had a badge on her t-shirt with a picture of some sprouts and it said 'I am a member of the STS society'. It's like that scene in Miracle on 34th Street where they all have badges saying 'I believe'

Okay picture the scene, you're getting your head together waiting for your next client and someone comes into your salon and calmly and quietly says "do you like sprouts?" My face must have been a picture for the few seconds it took for the penny to drop. Then I called the Guardia Civil (the police) and asked her to be removed from the premises and she was last seen screaming Save the Sprouts in a straight jacket. I see they let you out, goodness knows why!

Girls you have missed sight of the bigger picture.

In light of global warming and the shortage of fossil fuels the government will be offering extensive tax breaks for Sprout lovers. Wind turbines do not run themselves but sprouts will do it for you.

So up the sprouts and wind power, maybe i could even have an eco car and run it on sprout power.
