Thickened gel polish

Hi,
Does anyone know of a way to rescue thickened gel polish?

If it isn't improved by warming or giving it a good stir then it's probably had it!

Ive had it a year although only used it a few times :/
Typical its a red glitter one just before christmas lol
Ive just seen a gel thinner on amazon has anyone tried it gelous i think it was called by lechat?

Personally I would just buy a new bottle of the shade of the gel polish and be sure in my mind that clients won't come back with problems over Christmas.

I'm guessing a new bottle of colour wouldn't be far off the price of the thinner anyway.

….mmmm i use jessica gels... £22 for a new bottle plus postage, Im probably best getting a new one your right I'm just gutted to throw a full bottle away :/ :/

Gosh, that makes my Shellac look cheap! I didn't realise Jessica charged so much for their gel.

I keep dregs of gel colour to use on colour pops or myself - it gets a bit more out of the bottle and make me feel a bit thrifty!

Aren't Jessica generation almost double the size of a shellac though?

Never used Jessica gel so you may well be right!
In that case I'm happy with smaller bottles ...

Just had a look they are 15ml. Are other brands smaller/same?

I've used gel thinner. It does work and it helps.

CND shellac are 7.2 - not much over a teaspoon [emoji33]

I get about 20 sets out of a bottle of shellac colour using 2 coats per set.
Some colours need 3 layers so probably less sets per bottle

Hope this info helps.
As a small salon I think I'm better off with small bottles so I tend to finish a colour before it goes off

I know blossom doesn't sound a lot does it!!.... but we know how many quality sets you can get out of one bottle, don't know about you but I use EVERY SINGLE DROP!!![emoji38]xx
