i have a customer who wants me to colour there bleached blonde hair a bright red (similar to rihanna's perhaps a touch deeper) how ever reds are not my strong point and was wanting some tips on how to get a vibriant even finish that will last?? usually use wella but am happy to try other colours, please help!! :green:

Hi, on bleach or prelifted hair bright reds are easy. Pick what colour you want and apply... lol ~I use wella so would go 55/46 probably, or for an even brighter red majireal red. Only the majireal one will fade super quick, use a low peroxide too to stop some colour fade! You need her to know that reds fade quick, as she will prob expect it to last like the blonde and it will not and she will be disapointed.
Roots may be a problem if she is darker than a 6 tho you may need to lift it first if she loves the brightness of the colour she has.

Hiya, I always use crazy color fire for my vibrant reds, it's very easy to remove from the hair if they change their mind.

hi there , to get my hair from blonde to blue i used something called fudge you put it in your hair when its wet , my hair just grabbed the colour they do reds aswell :)

x

Fudge, manic panic or crazy colour are you best bet. Straight over the blonde.
