heya I have a client natural base 5 has has 12/0 wella on her roots (couldn't upload her roots) she has decided to go more of the photo with the shorter bob pic. any ideas thinking ct 9/16 and 9/01? or colour charm T18?

Is your client really a 5? Because 12/0 isn't going to be enough to lift a 5..
But if that's working then getting her blond then keep doing that. I would put the roots on, then Freeland some lighter on the mid length to ends.
The picture she has showed you is amazing, made me really want to recreate it!

Yeah 12/0 works so well for her, she just said let's try a toner just for a chance so thought something like 10/16 even Tha kyou
