TONERS! Orange hair.

Hi ladies and gents,

Just clarifying, I have a client who was bleach blone, has now put a HOME colour over it the xxl live blonde.......its gone ORANGE!!!! whyyy!!! Lol. So just to make sure, i was just going to put a ash toner on it i use shwartzcopft Igora and vibrance. Would you do the same? Also what do u think is the best volume peroxide to use? And would u use the vibrance rather than the permanant? Any advice would be great!! Thanks peeps xxx

Do a strand test etc first before you go near it, or I would cause xxl are awful colours

Yes i know the red xxl is a nightmare but never had anyone with the blonde. Ok will do thanks for the reply x

I had a client who did that it didn't go orange but it snapped off eeeekkkk

Omg!! Eeeeek!! Well ive done it now and it went well pheeww shes back to a nice even blonde xx

ok so you want to know why. Right in dark colours there is red and green. So as you know bleaching from dark it goes red, then ginger then blonde, so going back from blonde you have to go ginger, then red then brown. So you put the orange back in, then you can go for a dark base colour, or if its black from blonde, just put red over the top
