Hi,

I want to train to become a nail technician, preferably being able to do all different nail types (acrylic, gel etc) and would really appreciate any advice.

I live in Plymouth so a course that is close and not too much money would be great but also one that doesn't take too long to complete.

You have a CND Academy right on your doorstep in Plymouth! Give Sweet Squared a ring on 0845 210 6060 and see what your training options are, but you seriously cannot go wrong with CND education - it is the best in the business.

you really do get what you pay for with training! If you cannot afford the CND complete course to learn all the styles you want (l&p, gel, shellac etc) then mabye start with one type. One that you think the majority of clients you'll have will like. And as you make money go on more courses. You'll get there eventually, but training and education is never something you want to do on the cheap. It will always cost more in the long run, having to retrain and so on.

Good luck! and you can never go wrong with CND :)
