As far as I'm aware to hold the title of fully qualified "beauty therapist" you will need to complete beauty therapy levels 2&3 NVQ or itec. At least that was the only way when I trained many moons ago x

Yes, you need to study the complete NVQ qualification. You can't be classed as a qualified Beauty Therapist from short courses.

Otherwise, you can stick with just specialising in a couple of areas, such as waxing or Nails?

it is nq modules i am doing at night classes each one is 12 weeks long. i have already done a couple.

When you have completed and passed all modules and received your certificate THEN you can call yourself a qualified beauty therapist.

thanks i was just wondering if i ever would be a fully qualified beauty therapist, mite be a while tho lol have no choice but to do the units separate at night classes cause i need to work full time to pay for it xx

ah but will i receive a full certificate or seperates xx
