Hi all, had 2 new clients today recommended to me by a friend. In a phone call it was discussed and agreed that they wanted a new set of nails with the ones they already had being soaked off. ( I asked which brand had been used and it was 'creative' same as i use.) I got to their house to find what looked like hoof's stuck to each nail! I ended up filing half of the stuff off cos it wouldnt budge, i had to soak then file, soak then file etc.
I have never had any trouble before, please any suggestions?
