Uneven blonde help

I'm stuck on what to do, my hair is pretty much all blonde but the mid shaft to the ends are slightly darker than up top which is a nice platinum blonde. I get a full head of highlights followed by a toner for my root touch up and I'd like to make the rest of it to match the lighter/platinum blonde in my hair. Do you think I could get away with a toner? Thank you!

No the ends would need to be lightened slightly more to match
