Hi,
I had full head of higlights (just root touch up - been having full head for years) today, followed by cut and then L'Kerabelle Keratin Treatment. The colour looked normal after first wash, L'Kerabelle was put on and blowdryed but when it came to sealing it with the irons it turned a very very scary shade of yellow (all over the hair, not just on freshly coloured route). The girl doing it was a junior and quite concerned herself - her more experienced colleague reasured us that it was the keratin "burning" - eek - and that this would wash out when I wash it in 4 days. It was all a bit un reasuring and now I'm quite freaked out!
I had hoped to come home, google it and see loads of examples of this happening and all is fine when you wash your hair...I did not...and am now worrying what to do.
I have really important week next week, meeting a lot of husbands work people on Monday and then my sisters 30th birthday next week with loads of photo's to remember my yellow hair! I'm already fat and pregnant and don't need a yellow barnet to make me feel even MORE attractive! Ha ha!
Help please anyone. What should I do?!
