Vidal Sassoon colours Versus Wella Colours

Pleeease help or tell me who I can ask!!
I basically need some advice on colours, I have changed hairdressers and I know I used to get Wella - Blonder & 6% and the other one is 8/34 & 4% plus a 5/77 so question I have is what's the equvilent in Vidal Sassoon colours or are they called the same?
