Virgin hair level 5, will Wella Koleston Perfect lift highlights to 8.03?

Have a client who wants to go lighter ( young girl) not aloud bleach. The picture she showed was silver blonde she is natural level 4/5 I have 10/16 would it lift with 9% or 12% or if not would 8/03 lift with 9% or 12% to a caramel colour? thanks

If she wants silver blonde, you’ll have to use bleach.
Using tint with 12% will only lift it 4 levels at most. As the professional, you need to educate her that using bleach with 6% is much better for her hair than tint with 12% and will get a better result if you use a good quality bleach.

thank you, I did explain to her that bleach would be better but was strongly against it so I said silver blonde was not possible. She decided to go for caramel/ toffee colours
