Hi all,

Over next couple of weeks i have got some new clients. I was thinking as a way of bringing them back for their infills/rebalance was to offer a discount off the price when they return.

Have any of you tried this method & what do you think of it?

Sounds like a good idea but personally I would only want to use vouchers for people who you are definitely sure wont come back. Or you have not heard from them in a while. Maybe a few pounds off, not much!
