Weak nails

Hi guys, got a gelish manicure yesterday after years of acrylics. My acrylics got taken off a few weeks ago so my nails could have abit of a rest as I wanted to start growing them. My nail tech said my nails are mega weak now but there was nothing I could do to make them stronger. I've heard of people talking about solar oil, just wondered if this would work or if it really was a matter of growing them out? X

Use solar oil or similar and also try IBX. It's a treatment to repair damaged nails and Los strengthen them.

I'll definitely be getting solar oil. What's ibx? Can I buy that or do I have to go to a salon? X
