Hi guys I have a client that has very weak nails . She has been getting the IBX treatment for on 3 months now. Her nail bed is brilliant compared to what it was but her nails are still breaking. Any idea on any other product I could use. To help strengthen them. Thanks

How/where are they breaking? This will give you some idea of how to help resolve the issue. I'd prefer to find out why rather than apply another product to 'fix' it.

How long have you been using IBX on her? I found it made my nails brittle so they split more after a few applications. I have very thin, ridged and bendy nails naturally and I've discovered over the years that need need quite a bit of flexibility or they split at the sides of the stress point.

It may be that the client is suffering from brittle nails too now, depending on how/where they are breaking, and that IBX at every appointment is unnecessary and maybe she needs it at alternate appointments or even once a month.

It's just two nails on each hand just at the stress line. She is getting INX for almost 4 months. Her nail bed was dark and is now a lovely pink colour. Thanks

Is it the fore & middle finger? These are the two most used for everything so most likely to take the brunt of any force. Maybe try the IBX every other appointment and see how it goes.

Yes it is . Will try that thank you very much

Does she use a nail oil?

I'd use IBX now, not IBX repair as that can increase brittleness

I have seen great results from the IBX system and must say I haven't experienced any problems with nail brittleness. I do know that IBX repair doesn't need to be used on every IBX ongoing treatment. IBX (strengthen) internally toughens the nail plate and allows for growth. So I would just try using IBX without IBX repair on the next treatment.
If you have any other issues I would recommend contacting Louella Belle customer service they are really helpful and give you any further advice.
