I'm looking to lift a virgin, base of 5 to a level 8.
Can i use 12% on roots
Thanks
 
If it's virgin hair 12% is not needed. My 12% busy gathering dust at back of cupboard.
Low & slow is best.

Are you using a tint or bleach? Foils or scalp application?
 
Depends what you want to achieve and it depends what you plan to use.
