Wella enrich treatment

As you can see I'm not a hair geek but I have terribly dry hair.
Would I be able to leave this on over night?
Also do I was it with shampoo and then apply and in the morning wash out and condition?

Heeey,
Do 2 shampoos in the Enrich moisturising shampoo and the towel dry your hair pop the treatment on and comb through, you can leave it on over night if you wish and the just rinse off in the morning (no shampooing needed after) but 5-10minutes is enough time for it do its job. Wella also do a self-warming treatment as part of the enrich range which I have found works wonders on client with really dry hair.
