Just looking for some advice. recently started dying my own hair as wasnt really happy with salon results and just cudnt afford it anymore. Girl i used to work with told me try Koleston 12/89 with 9% so i did and 2nd time round my hair just looks more yellow as opposed to the ash look i wanted!
2 weeks later i have now got 12/89 but this time with 40%. Questions are how soon can i put it in? and will it lift the colour to a white and cover the yellowy tones?
