Hi,

I am high lifting roots on a 12/11 full head blonde but want to refresh the rest of her hair to make better match as its faded/yellowed over time and don't want to take colour through to ends. Would I be better with the pearl or violet Perfecton to tone the slight yellowness that has occurred to the rest of the hair? I am using it as a rinse post lift as a leave in. Thanks Sue

Violet cancels yellow ash cancels orange. If you want just a little control you could use a level 10 natural.

Why don't you refresh the ends with the same shade but use wella pastel instead? Apply to roots as usual then last 15 mins apply the pastel mixture. This is called pastel toning, i do it all the time and it's a gentle but more permanent way of toning.

Hi, I use this on my own hair, either 2 options:
apply roots then, 10 mins b4 full development, water down the remainder of the colour, then put it through the rest of the hair, or if there is no colour left I use colour touch 8/81 thats works a treat!!
Hth x
