Don't sign or agree to anything without a solicitor! I needed a very good solicitor, three draughts, 8 months in time, and £1500 before all the 'hidden nasties' were taken out in my lease. However, It was the best money I ever spent on my business. Without a solicitor I would have been totally stitched up
