What colour is Aveda vb?!

Just had an email from a client asking for colours she has.already at aveda.
Basically bleach, 10n, and she says 1 gram of vb...

Never heard of vb!! What is it in normal terms?? Been doing hair for 7 yrs and have never.heard if that before?!

Violet beige. Equivalent in majirel is 10.13

I've only ever seen it used over blonde, and it goes almost a lilac colour. X

You are being totally paranoid!!!! I wasn't ignoring you or anyone else. I use the mobile app and it doesn't always update so maybe that may be why I never seen it. And I have been on vacation and haven't been online!!!!!

No, you quoted someone else. I had already told you the answer at that point. How it reads is that you totally ignored my answer, hence Lauren putting it in quotes and re-iterating that I had already given you the answer.
