I believe those actual nails are full coverage stick on temporary nails so you're not going to be able to directly replicate them. I think Beauty Tips is right foiling will be your closest match. They are very pretty

I believe there are iridescent powders (similar to chrome powders) that will give that effect on a white base. you rub them on the same way.
but those do look like stick-on nails.
