Is it a picture?? If so then upload it to photobucket and then copy and paste the image onto your thread, :hug:

it is in my documents, it a picture and text, but when i have tried to upload it it says file to big and i have no idea how to shrink

The only way i know how to shrink the photo's is to do it on photo bucket, you can edit the photo's there unless you have a media centre on your pc then you might be able to edit your photo's in that, Jo.xx
