Hi guys and gals

So ... I'm after a new colour range, have loved smart polish but would like something with a bigger range!

Tried gel in a bottle but the customer service was Awfull and I was met with rudeness and just left a bad taste in my mouth

I have tried many brands and colours but I want to hear what other people are raving about right now

I want a good quality, long lasting range with a broad colour specktram and a company with good values and customer service should anything go wrong ... what are you using? Why do you love it ? Inspire me

Many thanks

Andrew Styles

I use The gel bottle too although I've had the same experience as you and also use Cuccio Veneers.

The veneers are lovely to work with and give full coverage in 2 coats although they do need thoroughly stirred before use.
Good longevity and top coat has amazing shine.
Huge range to choose from and you can purchase online or call them to speak to your local rep

I use EzFlow Trugel who have a great range of colours, and regularly add more. I find it's really kind to nails, absoloutely no damage caused with excellent durability and shine.

Had a little stint of exploring some of the independent gels around and glad I did not invest too much.

Naming no names, not only terribly poor customer service and additional maltreatment (this should speak for itself) but some of the most dangerous to nails products I've ever come across. If your client base has nails of asbestos, go for it.. though I'd recommend every new nail student, tech, business, or whatever stick with the professsional brands we all know and trust if we want to include a high standard of care for the general public.

In the long run it just simply is not worth the damage done to both clients and business / reputation, etc.

So there's my 5p worth, try a few for yourself and see what you find. You've got to try these things out to see how things work for you, which is why I tried them myself in the first place... my final word would be the same as my first, not to invest too much. Have fun exploring!
