What is the best Highlift 1:2 (40%) Ash Ultra-light Blonde?

Hi Everybody,
Wanted to get the same results with Majiblond 901S 1:2 40% than with Paul Mitchell Dual Purpose Lightener 20% but it stopped at a golden caramel level.
My base color is 6.5/7 and now I want to use a toner to cancel out that difference in blonde since my ends are very cool light blonde. Should I use Wella 0/6 silver with 20% for 5 minutes or Redken 09V, how about Clairol 09V? I don't want to turn violet, just cancel out the yellow-brassiness.
Any suggestion is welcome :Grope:!

If your gold/orange you need to use blue/violet to counteract it xx
