what is the best type of recognised qualification for nails,tanning,facials, lashes?

I am about to start my last year in training to be a hairdresser but also want to do a few short courses in beauty such as spray tans, manicures/pedicures, facials, gel nails and eyelashes so i can offer extra services to earn abit of extra money when doing mobile, spare time or to offer potential salons when im fully qualified. there are a few training centers that offer these in my area but seem to give different qualifications and wondering if anyone knows what would be best to go professional.

the local college offer lashes and manicure as a City&Guild level 2 certificate/award

Another center offers a 'natural therapy studio diploma' all acredited with the guild, PBD and ABT

and the other are courses through sally's which is a certificate but only acredited by PBD or ABT

Could any give me an idea on which is best to go for
