I'm currently nail art-less! Plain sage scarf ATM and not sure what finish I want on them :-/ not used this before which is why I needed to. Stuck between embellishing them with gold to induce an indie look, or to add golden stamping or black accents. 🙈 such a dilemma!!!!!!

Can you not double topcoat the nail with the tape on, then make the whole nail matte. Then only shine/topcoat the area you choose to finish?

Also to note- you'll need a thin brush to go over your tape lines to re shine those as they will be matte too! If you know what I'm trying to say!
