Ah thank you! It's Empower Nail Art (ultra thin, self-adhesive nail film) custom cut into long triangles, and stuck onto the black Shellac, then top coated! :) xx

I would say you need the 'confetti' style glitter? I think that's what it's called. I assume you lay it down like a rockstar? Flattening the pieces. Perhaps you can buy it pre mixed or so so yourself?

I did mine very late last night. Shellac Tinted Love with some "shattered ruby" metallic wrap.
 
I love dark nails so wearing Blackpool (shellac) with rainbow glitter faded up the nail:lol:
