What polish do you use, there really shouldn't be an issue it's so simple to just dab the foil onto the cured colour coat.Tried it today. Wasn't great and I couldn't understand what was wrong with it. Will see a couple of YouTube videos I think first

I tried only 1 coat stamping with it and then foil on the stamping.
Will make more tries and get back with results

Ahh yeah, in the way that I apply the foil, doing it onto a design would be tricky as it only sticks in random bits.acrylic base

These hearts aren't as solid as they were in just the Shellac.

But I saw a video of Sarah R removing the back shine specifically for shellac. Look it up
