Hi all, I'd appreciate some advice! I'd like to know what are some good questions to ask at a beauty salon interview? Can you ask if staff will earn commission on treatments? Is it ever ok to ask what the salary is? Can you ask what hours are available if the job description wasn't so specific on the ad? Can I ask if training will be provided in house for treatments I am not currently trained in or if they will send me on an external training course? The worst thing at the end is being asked "Do you have any questions for me?" and not knowing what to ask when put on the spot like that. I've done it so many times and do not want to screw up anymore! Please help! Thanks :)

Hi I haven't had a beauty interview but I've had many normal interviews!!!
I think you can ask all these questions-and save them til the end when they say 'is there anything you would like to ask us?' I hate that question too but it helps to do some research and find out about the company and job and memorise the questions.
I always leave the money questions til last (like it's the last thing your interested in) but just go for it, if the description wasn't specific then you need to ask. I always ask if I'd be getting paid weekly/monthly as this is very important to me! Hope I've helped a bit anyway.good luck x
