What wax do you use?

Hard wax every time for bikini/Braz/underarms . She probably meant that she didn't want to be left bruised which is common around the bikini area with warm wax if the therapist isn't expert at what she's doing.

Can I just say geeks that you MUST be confident with your clients and politely remind them that YOU are qualified expert.

I couldn't vote as I use both hard and warm wax - both by Perron Rigot and I love it!!!

As for the bride to be - if she was that concerned why did she not ask when booking her appointment what wax you used?! You just can't please some people.
