Because they left me 2 days before operating on me so it had ate away at itself as that's what it does So they had to remove it all! Oxygen kills it so that's why they have to leave it open if they sew it up you've more chance of it coming back! I had 3 general anastetics in 9 days!

Lauren I know how hard it is being poorly I broke my back a few years ago and I went downhill. It's taken me a while to get back on track. But take it easy don't rush back into normal everyday tasks you will never heal properly. Just don't push yourself too get better too quickly

So for breakfast i had cereal, then i had quorn sausage, hashbrowns, egg, beans and toast for early brunch, going to have some olives and feta later then veggie tofu burgers with homemade chips for tea
 
That all nice. Yum yum I've never tried the quorn sausages are they nice? I've tried the mince and found it a bit crunchy and then really soft? Has it changed again?

Not sure if the mince has changed but the sausages are ok for a sausage fix not amazing, linda mccartney veggie sausages are lovely but they're really calorific i think
 
Quorn southern style burgers are great. My kids prefer them to chicken burgers. I use quorn mince instead of beef and they can't tell the difference
 
I'm doing it slowly, pescatarian first!
So what's the difference between them all?

And thanks @CocoAllure im taking it slow if I do too much I do feel it so I'm just relaxing just eat more now because I'm that bored!

Pescatarian - veggies and fish
Vegetarian - just veggies
Vegan - nothing to do with animals, no meat, no animal fats, no cow or goat milk, nothing
 
Hats off to the vegans but I love my cow

Ahhh okay so is that in everything when you go vegan like are you going to find a different colour supplier and stuff or not?

I've never even though about that to be honest! Probably not because i wouldn't really want to take away from the quality i get with wella

I've done really well today I've only had cereal and a double chocolate sundae from the count on us from marks and sparks

Well cos of my coeliacs I've got to see a dietician but I need to do something because I know I'm lacking in things my irons okay cos it's been tested but I'm not absorbing all the nutrients I need I dread standing up sometimes!

I'm so fussy with my food though really fussy!

Tonight's dinner was meatballs in Passata with lots of garlic and onions and some pesto stirred through then I chucked in some cooked broccoli and some spinach and I served this over gnocchi with some grated cheese. My kids hated it
 
I wish I was fussy, I like everything except mussels
