It's just cold Not to worry, many primers freeze in low temperatures. Just let it sit until it's room temp, or put the bottle to stand in some warm water. You can't save the brush now, so maybe dip a spare brush into the bottle to use once it's liquid again. In future, check it's not solid before opening so you don't damage the brush, and then let it warm up before use x
