Redken chemistry system is the best all round treatment I have ever found. It is customized to the exact hair problem, be it strength, moisture, brittleness etc. If you call redken they will tell you which is the nearest salon to you.

I would have to say that any silicone free conditioner will help you since silicones dry out your hair and make it weak over time. Always check the ingredient list for them. Try to get argan oil conditioners since argan oil is the best oil for keeping hair soft and moisturized. Look online for Pro Naturals moroccan argan oil conditioner, that one is the best in my experience, plus salons use it so it must be good for others too, lol.

I'm a hairdresser, I think Trauma treatment by Lanza is exceptional, and I like kevin murphy born again treatment as well, but the scent is not as nice as the trauma xx

Amen! Redken treatments are amazing! Best care range I have experienced. I also love the Kerastase Masqintense.

find a Matrix salon near you, they do a treatment for coloured hair which you leave on for 5-10 mins, it comes in a little glass bottle.. im sorry i cant think of the exact name for it but its definatley by Matrix, they do one for coloured hair and dry hair.

I bought some for my freind, she has bleached highlights and she loves the treatment!

dont forget to have regular trims too!!

Also can't remember the name but I second this! Amazing stuff seriously!! Xx
