Hi

This is my fist post here, I've spent a few weeks just reading other posts. I've been doing my own nails with acrylic for some time now and up until very recently doing my own was enough for me, but now things are changing and I find myself thinking about get some formal qualifications to allow me to branch out into the world of being a nail tech.

One problem tho.......I'm not sure where to turn to start doing a course. I contacted my local college who did offer a nail tech course on a part time basis as I currently work full time also, but this year they decided not to continue it.

Would anyone be able to give me some pointers and let me know what the best option would be for me. I find myself quite frustrated at the lack of info i'm finding especially after reading the posts on here I just want to go do it now.

Hope there are ppl out there who can help

Hi sweetie. If you can afford a private course, I'd recommend Creative. They are world leaders, their training is brilliant, there's lots of support available and it's great to put on your CV.

Check out your local academy at Designer Nails 0113 275 5719

Good luck. xx

I'll give them a ring and find out more.....my savings pot is building up nicely so fingers crossed I'll be on my way soon.

Thanks

Jo
