Where to advertise?

One of my therapists is going on maternity leave very soon and I'm looking for an experienced Lash technician who can potentially do other Beauty treatments as an advantage. Only problem is, where do I find them!?
I've been lucky enough to not have to look for a job in a while so I really don't know the best places to advertise these days.

Suggestions would be appreciated!
